Hey, I’m Wei.
I’m an entrepreneur with a background in business and product management. In real estate, I saw workable deals stall or fall apart while the financing moved at a bank’s pace. I started Propello because investors need options that account for the property, the plan, and the deadline.
A tax return or a traditional debt-to-income calculation doesn’t always tell the whole story of an investment. We started by helping real estate investors explore other financing paths. Today, we also work with business owners whose revenue and cash flow can help support their next move.
