All loan agreements facilitated through Propello Ventures LLC are solely between the borrower and the lender. Propello Ventures LLC is not a party to these agreements and is not responsible for their terms, performance, or enforcement.

Any fees for our services will be disclosed to you in writing before engagement. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in the relevant service agreement or invoice.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Propello Ventures LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Propello Ventures LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.
You waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. You and Propello Ventures LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where arbitration applies under Section 11.
Propello Ventures LLC offers an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with customers about our services. By opting in, you may receive messages including application updates, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, service follow-ups, promotional offers, and related communications.

Propello Ventures LLC and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier transmission outside our control.
The program works with major U.S. carriers, though not all carriers may be supported and availability varies.
Your phone number and opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
